Shipping policy

Orders placed on the Website are processed through Veganist’s system, and payment is collected at the time of purchase. Fulfillment, shipping and returns are handled directly by the Vendor.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items may be excluded from this return policy, such as opened personal care items and custom-made products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@veganist.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.

As a marketplace, we curate vegan and sustainable products from many amazing brands – but we don’t hold stock, so when you order a product from us, the item is shipped from the brand directly. This eliminates needless carbon emissions and use of resources from not having to have the item packaged and shipped to us, and then repackaged and shipped out again to the customer, and not having to run major warehouse operations in addition to those of our brands. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately and directly from each individual brand. Delivery Times

Our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3-10 days, depending on where you are based and where the brand is based. However, please be aware that we are unable to control whether there are postal strikes or other external factors that may affect delivery time.
