If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil, we ask that you notify our wholesale team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing. Delivery Times
Our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3-10 days, depending on where you are based and where the brand is based.
